  • How long before my order is shipped? It can take up to 3-5 business days to ship. Please remember that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Delays may be experienced depending on volume and especially during sales and or launches. Please keep in mind that most of the jewelry is handcrafted and made to order.

 

  • I have not received my package yet. Please refer to the tracking number that was emailed to you to track the status of your package. Unfortunately, once the package is in possession of the United States Postal Service, we cannot control delivery time, nor are we able to contact them to expedite or locate your package. We are not responsible to replace packages that have been lost or indicate delivered, but was never received.   • I forgot to add a discount code. Can I cancel my order? No, we do not cancel orders. Please remember to add your discount codes in the future. If you are having difficulties using a code, please contact customercare@rhondamadrid.com so we can assistant you prior to you placing the order.

 

  •  Are these earrings made for sensitive ears? Most of the metal we use is stainless steel. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic, does not tarnish and typically does not cause issues for sensitive ears. If you do experience any issues, please contact us.

  •  Do you accept returns? Yes! We have a 30 day #GirlBoss Guarantee! Please contact us at customercare@rhondamadrid.com to start the return process for a store credit. Please note that we will not accept apparel, or hats that do not have our tag/barcode attached. Store credits will not be issued for clothing that appear in used, worn condition. Clothing must be free of pet hair, smoke, stains, and any other damage. Once we receive your item(s), we will process your credit to you in the form of a gift card via email within 1-3 business days.
