If you are unsatisfied with any product(s) for any reason we will provide a store credit to you, no questions asked. Simply email us at customercare@rhondamadrid.com for your pre-paid shipping label to be emailed to you so you may return the item(s) at no cost to you.

Store credits will not be issued for clothing that appear in used, worn condition. Clothing must have original tags still attached. Clothing must be free of pet hair, smoke, stains, and any other damage.

Once we receive your item(s), we will process your credit to you in the form of a gift card via email within 1-3 business days (minus original shipping costs).
