Shipping Policies
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that half of our inventory is handcrafted and can take longer to process orders. Our goal is to get your orders to you as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience.
- Unfortunately, due to large order volume, we are unable to combine shipping if you place more than one order.
- Shipping is free for orders $100 or more anywhere within the United States.
- We offer shipping to Canada. *Please note that any customs fees and or taxes are the customer's responsibility to pay.
- The USPS (United States Postal Service) is our shipping provider. Once USPS has possession of your package we unfortunately cannot intercept or expedite delivery. Also, please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages by USPS. Please contact USPS with any questions.
- You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed with your tracking information. Please check your spam/junk folders and confirm you entered your email address correct when you created your account if you have not received tracking information.
